His journey from those early struggles to achieving a Ph.D. in Law specializing in Criminal Psychology is the driving force behind our mission.
Dr. Keni’s life is a testament to the fact that education is the ultimate equalizer. Having felt the weight of every barrier—financial, informational, and social—he vowed that the youth of Thane and Navi Mumbai should never have to face the same closed doors.

Admission is strictly merit-based through the MHCET Law (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test). Candidates must clear the entrance exam (3-Year or 5-Year) and register for the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) online. Seats are allotted by the State CET Cell based on your rank and college preference.
Yes, Jai Bhagwan College of Law is permanently affiliated with the University of Mumbai and is recognized and approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI), New Delhi. Our degrees are valid for practicing law anywhere in India.
5-Year B.L.S. LL.B.: This is an integrated course for students who have passed the 12th Standard (HSC). It saves one academic year. 3-Year LL.B.: This course is for students who have already completed their Graduation (in Arts, Commerce, Science, etc.) and wish to pursue law.
As per the University of Mumbai ordinances, 75% attendance is mandatory for all students to be eligible to appear for the semester examinations. Regular attendance ensures students gain maximum benefit from classroom lectures and practical training.
The primary medium of instruction for lectures is English. However, our faculty members assist students in understanding complex legal terms in local languages. While the course is taught in English, the University of Mumbai allows students to write their semester examinations in Marathi, provided they select this option during exam registration.
